Cancellation policy

• Cancellations must be received in writing (by letter, fax or e-mail).

• For the purposes of this policy, the term “cancellation” includes no-shows and changes of reservation dates as well as cancellations.

• Cancellation fees:

  • for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, the advance deposit (less 20 Euro for an administration fee) will be refunded by bank transfer at your own charge.

  • for cancellations made fewer than 30 days before the arrival date, the advance deposit will not be refunded.

• 50% of any penalties for cancellations will be transformed into credits for stays at agriturismo Santa Barbara within six months of the cancellation date, provided the cancellation has been communicated at least 8 days prior to the arrival date.

In case of delayed arrival and/or early departure, the reserved full stay will be charged.
