Giulio and Fabienne Rocca, with the help of their daughters Carla and Emilia, will welcome you personally, and they will do their utmost to make sure you enjoy the true atmosphere of the country life during your unforgettable vacation at Santa Barbara!

We offer hospitality in 5 self-catered, carefully renovated apartments, furnished in part with antiques from our family.

All windows are protected by mosquito nets and there are ceiling fans in every bedroom. We provide bed and bath linens as well as pool towels, and the final cleaning is also included in the price. Every apartment has a fully furnished kitchen, and a table and chairs in the garden for open-air meals! On request we do have baby cribs available (linens not provided – please bring your own). All apartments are strictly non-smoking.

There is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer (at the cost of 4 € each), and there you’ll also find an icemaker, lovely for those hot summer days! The property and the pool are completely fenced and there is a large shaded parking area. In the garden, you will find a big barbecue for wonderful grill meals! There is Wi-Fi available on the property.

We also carefully renovated the old barns into a beautiful large room with windows that open onto the yard; there is an open kitchen, a fireplace, tables, chairs and sofas, as well as a bathroom. It is available for rental together with all 5 apartments or by itself when there are no other guests in the agriturismo, if you wish to organize a party or an event.
